Selecting the Product

on the Products page, another page will open with a larger image and all the garment sizes,
colour details and prices displayed.
Here you can buy on-line via
our shopping cart through secure servers at Pay Pal.
All the prices quoted are plus VAT.
(Except for children's clothing).
Orders and Payment - We accept orders by Post, e-Mail, Fax or
Telephone as well as on-line via secure servers at Pay Pal.
Postage and packing - For
a
single item or items under £10.00 in value, the cost of postage
and packing will be £3.00.
For items over £10.00 in value the delivery will be by carrier and including packing the charge
range is from £8.00
If the delivery charge for your items is
more than £8.00, we will advise you before dispatch.
Designs - Please contact us for advice of
embroidery and delivery costs prior to making a bulk order or purchase. If you need some help and advice selecting the right garment please give us a call.
Send us your artwork or design idea by email in a JPEG format or by post if you prefer.
We will then quote you for any Design Origination costs that may be incurred (see
FAQ's).
This is a good time to ensure that the artwork is as you require the finished Embroidery to look as any changes after the design has been originated could incur further costs.
Again we will be pleased to advise you on the suitability of your design for Embroidery.
We will not attempt to reproduce a design unless we believe it will result in a high quality Embroidery.
When you have selected the garment you require and are happy with the prices quoted including any origination costs,
we can to send you a sample of the garment you have selected so you can check out the quality and
sizing if required.
However, we will expect you to prepay for any samples against our
invoice - although these charges are credited in full on return of the garments in good condition.
We will then produce your Design Origination.
This involves many hours of skilled labour
so we would not normally begin work on this until you have placed an order with us.
We will send you an Embroidered sample of your Design (prepared from your artwork) in the actual production colours, for your approval.
When we have your approval of both the garment and the Embroidery sample, we will send you an invoice, when this is paid we will begin production.
Delivery of your order will
follow within
seven to ten working days and will be delivered to you by a next-day carrier.
We believe you will now be a satisfied customer and happy with our goods and service.
If so we hope you will recommend us to your friends and colleagues.
If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with our service please contact us and let us know.
It is important to us that you are
